By using GetMyDP you agree to these terms. They're short on purpose.

Making a DP

Making a DP is free. Your photo is processed on your own device and is not uploaded to us. You're responsible for the photo and words you add.

Creating a frame

Only upload designs you own or have permission to use. Don't impersonate a person, church, party, school or brand, and don't create frames that are hateful, misleading or illegal. We may remove a frame, or suspend an account, if it breaks these rules or the law.

The GetMyDP credit

DPs made from free frames carry a small dp.mytechteam.ng credit. Paid plans can remove it.

Payments

Event Pro is a one-time payment for one frame and lasts as long as the frame is up. Bank transfers become active once we confirm them. If we can't deliver what you paid for, or a payment was made in error, contact us within 14 days for a refund. Frames taken down for breaking these rules aren't refunded.

Contacts you collect

If you turn on contact collection, you're responsible for those contacts under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023: use them only for what people agreed to, keep them safe, and stop contacting anyone who asks.

No warranty

We work hard to keep GetMyDP fast and available, but it's provided as it is, without guarantees.
